Common questions.

What does facility rental cost?

Standard day rate is $2,000–$2,200 depending on study duration and configuration. Multi-day and recurring study discounts available.

What markets do you support for recruitment?

Our facility is in Minneapolis, but our recruitment network is national. We can source participants across the US depending on your screener. If Minneapolis isn't viable for your population, we'll tell you upfront.

Do you provide participant recruitment?

Yes. We recruit patients, physicians, nurses, and other HCPs matched to your screener. We handle scheduling, confirmations, and incentive distribution.

What's included in the facility?

Two usability labs, central observation suite with one-way mirrors, built-in A/V recording and screen sharing, configurable furniture, Wi-Fi, and on-site staff. Catering can be arranged.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is available for both your team and study participants at our Loring Park location.

How far in advance should I book?

4-6 weeks for studies requiring recruitment. Facility-only rentals can often be accommodated 1-2 weeks out depending on availability.
